ACICS CAR Disclosures

The Campus Accountability Report (CAR)  contains program-level and campus-level data and is used to monitor student achievement. This rpeort includes retention rate; placement rate; graduation rate; and licensure examination pass rate, if applicable.

Please note that CALUMS has had a very high ratio of international students in its student body. Because of their visa restrictions, these students were not included in the placement rate reported.

FERPA Policy

Annually, California University of Management and Sciences informs students of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended. This Act, with which the institution intends to comply fully, was designated to protect the privacy of educational records. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.

Campus Security Report

In accordance with the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended by Public Laws 101-542, 102-26, 102-325 and 103-208, all related to the Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act, the University makes available to current students, prospective students, employees, and prospective employees, information about campus safety policies and procedures and statistics concerning whether certain crimes took place on campus

ANNUAL CAMPUS SECURITY REPORTS

The statistics in the report reflect the number of criminal incidents reported to the various authorities. The report also includes institutional policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.

This report is a result of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and complies with Federal reporting requirements, specifically 20 U.S. Code Section 1092(f).

2022 Campus Security Report
